Bioplastics for coffee capsules
Our M·VERA® bioplastic compounds are suitable for coffee capsules in a wide variety of shapes and for a wide range of capsule systems. Most of our M·VERA® materials are certified OK compost INDUSTRIAL or OK compost HOME in accordance with EN 13432. Our product range also includes enhanced M·VERA® grades with a higher oxygen barrier and improved heat resistance. We offer materials for both injection moulding and extrusion.

Plastics for cosmetics packaging
With M·VERA® GP1015, we offer a versatile bioplastic. The compound contains at least 68% renewable raw materials (in the polymer) and is certified as industrially compostable under defined conditions in accordance with EN 13432. As well as being used in the cosmetics sector, M·VERA® GP1015 is also suitable for packaging in the food, household and hygiene sectors, amongst others.

PP with wood look for packaging
With our M·BIOBASE® compounds, we offer packaging solutions made from polypropylene – including some types with a wood-effect finish. They combine natural aesthetics with modern functionality and are versatile, making them suitable for a range of packaging requirements. Depending on the specific compound, some of the M·BIOBASE® compounds are ISCC PLUS certified.

Crates and packaging can be injection-moulded from the compounds in our M·CYCLOSE® rPE UBQ product range.
Recycled materials for injection-moulded packaging
Our M·CYCLOSE® rPE UBQ range of recycled materials comprises materials with varying levels of stiffness and strength for a wide range of injection-moulded packaging applications. Some of these compounds contain specified proportions of post-consumer recycled material, as well as specified proportions of a filler derived from processed household waste.

Bioplastics for food packaging
For the packaging sector, we offer a range of M·VERA® plastic compounds which, depending on the compound, are certified as degradable or compostable in accordance with EN 13432 under defined conditions. Our materials are suitable for food contact, optimised for various processing techniques and offer a wide range of properties to meet your specific requirements.

Bioplastics for transparent boxes and packaging
With M·VERA® GP1041, we provide transparent bioplastic packaging solutions specifically developed for direct food contact. The material is characterised by its high transparency and purity, is certified as OK compost INDUSTRIAL in accordance with EN 13432 under defined conditions, and is based on renewable raw materials. The polymer's renewable content is at least 98%.
Always well packaged with trays made from the bioplastic M·VERA® GP4001 – industrially compostable and suitable for food packaging.
Bioplastics for thermoformed trays
M·VERA® GP4001 is ideal for packaging solutions produced using the thermoforming process. The material has been specially developed for applications involving direct contact with food; it offers excellent processability and is certified OK compost INDUSTRIAL in accordance with EN 13432 under defined conditions. With a high proportion of renewable raw materials, GP4001 offers an alternative to fossil-based plastics.

Fruit and vegetable bags – made from biodegradable plastic
With M·VERA® B5033, we offer a biocompound developed specifically for bags and film applications. The material is certified to the OK compost HOME standard, which confirms its biodegradability under defined conditions in domestic compost.

Our M·VERA® brand blown film compounds are ideal for manufacturing shopping bags. Whether you use M·VERA® B5029, B5033, B5037 or B5039 – all four of the aforementioned bioplastic compounds are certified as biodegradable or compostable, depending on the compound, under defined conditions.

Absorbent pads for food packaging
Absorbent pads, such as those used in meat packaging, are specialised inserts that absorb excess liquid from packaged food, improving both hygiene and product shelf life. You can manufacture these absorbent pads from our M·VERA® B5037 bioplastic, which is certified as OK compost INDUSTRIAL in accordance with EN 13432.
