M·VERA® B5019

For translucent and rigid films

M·VERA® B5019 is a sustainable plastic compound with the OK compost INDUSTRIAL certification, which confirms its suitability for industrial composting. With a biobased content of approx. 30 %, it offers an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastics. The material is food compliant and is therefore particularly suitable for applications in direct contact with food, such as flow wraps.

Its high rigidity and low density provide stability with low weight. The translucent appearance gives film applications an attractive look. Processing on conventional blown film lines is possible without any problems, which ensures easy integration into existing production processes. These properties make it the ideal choice for sustainable packaging solutions – especially in the food segment.
